Unfortunately Limpet does not offer refunds - all sales are final.
We can swap your order for another size, item or a gift card!
Your order must be posted back unworn & unused with the original tags attached in order to exchange.Please note, your exchange may be refused if the order is sent back to us after being worn, washed or damaged, which we hope you can understand.

Please include a note inside with your order number, name, email & what you would like to swap for - new product or gift card.
The new item will be shipped to you once we've received your return back to the warehouse - we will be in touch via email to confirm & you'll receive new tracking for the new item so you can watch it on it's way to you!
Damaged Item or Wrong Item Received:
We hope you love your Limpet Store order, however mistakes can happen from time to time so please contact us immediately if the item is damaged, marked or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can look into this for you asap & make sure you're happy!
Missing Order:
If your order still hasn't arrived within 7 working days of receiving your shipping email (UK customers), please get in touch with us & we can look into this for you.
